Theresa Grainger
Theresa has an extensive background in learning and development including Organisational Behaviour, Gestalt Therapy, a Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Levels 1 and 2 in Spiral Dynamics and many other mind-body modalities. She is a certified INLPTA Master Practitioner and Trainer in Business Communications. She is a member of the Neuroleadership Institute and believes the keys for transformational and sustainable change, leading down a path of least resistance, begin with understanding the human brain and heart.
Theresa has held senior supply chain management and leadership positions and her inspiration and desire to implement systemic change and leadership within organisations and individuals led her to founding Breakthrough Solutions Ltd, one of New Zealand’s leading organisations in the field of Human Excellence. She is also the co-owner and developer of The How International Ltd, a global resource center creating and delivering in audio-visual format strategies for personal change.
She is the co-director and one of 14 internationally recognised presenters in the film Project 101010 – Pill or Perception? A ground- documentary that considers both the conventional and alternative practices in health care.
Theresa is also a member and practitioner for one of New Zealands leading Holistic Health cooperatives NZ Holistic Heath
As a trainer she is impressive, dynamic and inspirational. She will encourage and believe in you with no judgement, and is passionate and enthusiastic about finding the difference that will make the difference in your life.
In recent months Theresa has taken a step back from the business to complete her book and manage the pre-launch and roll out of her new collaborative project called Get Inspired Media.
Linda Lord
Linda’s role in Breakthrough Solutions is varied; she manages client communication, social media and runs our events. In her words “What inspires me is when I see the transformation in people from the beginning to the end of an event. When I see them walk out with a renewed sense of knowingness and inspiration for life I know my purpose in life is being fulfilled”
Linda has studied in early childcare education and is a NLPTA qualified neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) practitioner . She is passionate about human potential and the co-ordination of events and products that expand human consciousness.
